SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description and Consent

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Plano Landscaping Company, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, updates, alerts, and special offers) from Plano Landscaping Company at the mobile phone number you provided when opting in.

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency will vary. Plano Landscaping Company reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.

2. Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Help Instructions

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The mobile carriers supported by the program include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others.

7. Changes to Messaging Terms

We reserve the right to change our shortcode or phone number from which messages are sent. If we do, we will notify you. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a shortcode or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

8. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have the permission of a legal guardian) to participate in our SMS/text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are authorized to opt-in.
